Just this week, two really well done Paradise Cove mobile homes came to the market with prices that are likely going to cause even more residents to be tempted to list their homes. “If they can get that, then I can get X..and for X I’m willing to move” is what is going through many owners heads right now. The first mobile home came on the market last week at $3,749,000 and it’s a real beauty! I had a chance to tour it a few days ago was impressed with how open and light every room was.
