If you are really interested in searching the MLS like an agent does, then email me your price range, type of place (condo, home, etc) , and what areas you want covered (Malibu, Topanga, etc).
I’ll sign you up for a program called “Listing Book”. You will then get notified each morning when a new listing hits the market, gets a price reduction, or goes in to back up or pending status. You will also be shown original listing price, and the dates of price reductions. This is hands down the best technology tool for keeping an eye on the market.
