There are two beach homes for sale on Malibu Road that I’m saying are heading in to the “deal” category. I can’t give away to much info but I will say the both places are vacant and are owned by family members who want to see them sold. Great price, good sq.ft., big rooms, and a huge deck for parties. Not a whole lot of sand underneath so don’t expect a big hunk of dry beach to lounge on. It does have a rock wall, which to some is piece of mind, and huge decks where you and 30 friends could lay out for that Malibu Tan! The home is in need of an update but appears to be very well maintained. Someone will get a good deal on the this place. The spa tub in the master bath is worth a showing alone!

Total remodel project but a really cool post and beam house with a guest apartment above the garage. This is the one you buy, do a light remodel so yo can live in it while getting a permit, then build it out someday and let me sell it for a bit profit! I’m telling you the truth when I say there is some scary looking stuff on the carpet and on the walls BUT this is my bet for the best buy on Malibu Road.
