Malibu Mobile Home Gets Slashed

There’s some great slasher films that traumatized me as a kid….My Bloody Valentine, Friday The Thirteenth, and Halloween, but this may be the most horrific slash I’ve seen since! A Point Dume Club mo-bile home that was once listed as high as $1.45m has been chopped to $595,000. The home has been offered for sale on the Malibu real estate market for a lengthy 1440 days and now sits at a price that will likely get it sold. The home was thoroughly redone and by the looks of it, you’d never know you were in a mobile home unless someone had you crawl underneath for a peek at the axle. The coach features big ocean views, an upscale master bath, and is a short stroll to the sand. It’s a great price now and worth a look.
