So far about 20 people have emailed me requesting info on the above mentioned types of sales within the Malibu Real Estate market. There aren’t a ton but I am seeing some good deals pop up. Keep in mind that there are plenty of others out there that have the same idea of jumping on something when it comes up. The last condo closed up almost 10% above asking! So be ready when opportunity knocks!
