Home That Was Used To Film ‘The Bachelor’ and ‘The Bachelorette’ Is Still Looking For A Mate

The home once used for a popular TV series is now heading for a 50 percent off sale but has yet to secure a long term relationship with a buyer. The home originally came on the market in 08 for $12,995,000 and is now asking $6,750,000. That’s one whopper off a price drop in less than 12 months! That’s a half million a month off the original price!

I have been in the home a few times for the annual Range Rover Driving School events held there each year and will say that it is an incredible property and may well be worth the recent asking price. There is also substantial income generated with the events, weddings, and shows filmed there so an out of town buyer who wants rental income might work well. While not in Maibu, it is less than 10 minutes from the beach via Kanan, and 10 minutes to the valley.
