First off, Sea Level is a great beach. It is located just up from Broad Beach and has a cool, mini-community vibe to it. Residents leave kayaks and surfboards on the sand without any worry about someone stealing them. The 4th of July party there is huge and the beach is in better shape than Broad Beach right now. This could go out at a good price and is worth seeing if you are in the real estate market for a beach house in Malibu. Places like this also rent out for top dollar in the summer months. The home is located up Las Flores Canyon roughly 2.3 miles. See Google Map
There is ocean view. Not Huge, just a wedge, but there.
Is it a fire zone? Yes, but I would say that about 95% of Malibu.
It is on the Eastern or Southern end of Malibu.
Apprx 2002 sq.ft.
About 20 minutes to Santa Monica.
The landscaping is great and most of the property has been used for grass, hardscapes, bbq area, fruit trees, etc.
The house is three levels. Top is master bedroom, mid is kitchen and den, bottom is another bedroom.
There are two driveways.
Not an ideal starter/ family home but great for older couple/work at home/single types.
