There are two homes now on Point Dume that are heading in to a price range that most people would say is a good price. Both of these Malibu homes for sale have beach keys to Little Dume beach. These are deeded beach rights which make the homes more valuable than the ones that don’t have the rights. The first one has been nicely remodeled and has a guest house studio in back on expansive lawns no ocean view. It is listed at $2.575m. Real estate activity on Point Dume has been heating up with several homes receiving offers and some heading in to escrow. There are three homes under $2.5m that have been very busy on the weekends with showings lined up back to back by the listing agents.
