The “Sexy Malibu Beach House” makes Huff Po
Just saw this on the Huffington Post! I shot this Malibu Road beach house last week for Caroline Lindqvist and Jeff Chertow. It first went to AOL and now Huff Po with a big, fat, link back to my photo site.
Let me get on my soapbox real quick. If you have a high end property for sale MAKE SURE your agent hires a photographer that can take great shots. This is what makes the phone ring. I’m going to claim that I’m one of the few agents that can also shoot great photos. Most agents THINK they can take pretty good shots but in reality the pics are sub-par and can make the house look millions less that it’s really worth. Do not settle for so-so shots, or even pretty good. If you are blown away with the pics so will the buyers! That’s the bench mark the images need to live up too.
I agree that a photo can definitely entice buyers. People definitely buy with their eyes. =) Awesome shots!
